We often overestimate what we can do in a day and underestimate what we can accomplish in a year. This is largely driven by the social imprinting we have been subjected to over the last half century or so. Ever increasingly we are defined by what we have accomplished. Numbers and metrics are king, at least by the world's standards, how many likes, subscribers, shares, revenue, friends, etc. For the few that come out on top of the numbers heap, good for them; but for the rest of us it leaves us feeling like we are running on empty, we just don't have the energy or power to do any better than we are. God knew we would be living the edge, running on empty, and made provision for just that; running on empty I mean. You see running on empty isn't a bad thing when the empty you're running on is the empty tomb! We'll look at what it takes to fill our tanks through the empty tomb for our life's journey into eternity.
