Fall Semester: September - December 2010
We will be doing a 6 week Small Group Study of The 40 Days of Love, beginning the week of September 12th. Once you choose a group, just click to sign up online by entering the group number (for example TUES-01).
The following groups are hosting The 40 Days of Love Study for the 1st 6 weeks, followed by an additional study for the 2nd 6 weeks:
MON-01: Leader: Robyn Spring. Location: River Pointe Dr. Time: Mondays at 6:30 p.m. For: All Adults, No Childcare.
MON-02: Leader: Cyndee Marsh. Host: Lydia Crew, US 19. Time: Mondays at 6:30 p.m. For: All Adults, No Childcare.
TUES-01: Leader: Pastor Bryan Gerstel & Several Additional Leaders: To Be Announced! Location: The Church Building. Time: Tuesdays at 6:30. For: All Adults. CHILDCARE PROVIDED. Please RSVP for childcare to Marie Ledford at marie@thepointega.com
WED-01: Leader: Duncan Marsh. Location: NW Albany. Time: Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. For: All Ages, No Childcare.
WED-02: Leader: John Burns. Hosts: Mike & Fran Matis, NW Albany. Time: Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. For: All Ages, No Childcare.

FRI-02: Leader: Richard Roach. Hosts: Marie & Matt Corbett, Off Lover's Lane. Time: Fridays at 7:30 p.m. For: Adults, No Childcare. * This groups stays after the group discussion to play board games!
SUN-01: Leader: Jill Barlow, Off Philema. Time: Sundays at 4:00 p.m. For: Adults, Kids Welcome.
ING Groups are special interest groups, to be attended in addition to a 40 Days of Love Small Group:
ING-01: Coupon Trade-ING: Leader: Jill Barlow, Off Philema. Time: As Scheduled. Study: 99 Ways to Stretch Your Home Budget.
ING-02: Loose-ING Weight: Leader: Bryan Gerstel. Time: As Scheduled. For: Those who would like to loose weight.
LARGE GROUPS: LGs are designed to be in addition to a weekly Small Group.
LG-01: SEEDLINGS. Leader: Stephanie Najjar. For: Expecting Mothers. *Rather than meeting on a regular basis, Seedlings is for prayer and support during pregnancy and postpartum.
LG-02: MAMA'S & PAPA'S. Leader: John Burns. For: Those who loved the music of the 60's and 70's. Ages: 45+ No Childcare. Time: Quarterly.
LG-03: YOUTH! Leader: John Tomlinson. Location: Church Building. Time: 1st Wednesday of the month. * This is a time of large group worship for middle school and high school students.
YOUTH: Youth Small Groups are designed to be attended on a weekly basis, for 6th - 12th grade students. Youth are also encouraged to sign up for LG-03, a monthly Large Group Worship Time for Youth!
YOUTH-01: Mid-High Boys, Grades 6-8. Location: Church Building. Day: Wednesdays.
YOUTH-02: Mid-High Girls, Grades 6-8. Location: Church Building. Day: Wednesdays.
YOUTH-03: High School Girls, Grades 9-12. Leaders: Kayla Jones and Brooke Hall. Location: Leesburg. Day: Thursdays, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
YOUTH-04: High School Guys, Grades 9-12. Leaders: David Jones and Shaun Hall. Location: Off Old Leesburg. Day: Saturdays, 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

About Our Semester System:
August- Groups will not meet. This will be a FILL Month! SIGN UP for a Fall Semester Small Group!
September - December - Fall Semester Groups meet!
January - Groups will not meet. This will be a FILL month! SIGN UP for a Spring Semester Small Group!
February -April- Spring Semester Groups meet! Some groups will also do an Easter Study.
May- Groups will not meet. This will be a FILL month! SIGN UP for a Summer Semester Small Group! You can sign up by using the space provided on your connection card at church, or you can sign up online! The Leader of the group you choose will contact you with more information! Even though groups will not be meeting during FILL months, there will be church-wide events to meet people, have fun, and learn more!
June - July- Summer Semester Groups meet!
