A Fond Memory: As a child, I used to spend the night with my Grandma and Grandpa on Fridays once a month. Every Saturday morning, Grandma made us grits, eggs, and chocolate milk. My cousins and I built a little house in Grandpa's shop.  It was fun.

Influences: My Granny loved the Lord! I wish I would have had more time with her. Books play a huge role in my life. I love to read, and I take the nuggets of the books and apply them to my life. Granny used to give books to all of us grandkids as her way of giving "advice." If she read a good book, she wanted us all to have it.

Favorite Book of The Bible and Why:  Psalms... because David was real. He had times when he really struggled with life and his relationship with God. But, he also had such great times of joy. There are many songs written with his Bible verses in them. He was also good about throwing in chunks of wisdom in the Psalms as well.

What You Want to Say to The People at The Pointe: I would like people to know that I welcome them! I'm so excited for new people to visit and check us out. I hope they feel the honest care and concern. I hope they feel accepted, because they are. I want them to know that God loves them more than they realize!
